Last week I wrote about UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s decision to restructure the UK’s net zero strategy, ostensibly to save the ‘ordinary citizen’ money in the midst of an inflation and cost of living crisis. And to curry political goodwill, of course.
One point that I probably didn’t hammer home enough was the impact of Sunak’s net zero strategy on emissions themselves.
